My South Haven

I don't spend that much time in South Haven. The town itself holds no real meaning to me. I know where some things are, like the police station and the school but that's all they are to me. I don't really have any memories of any significance here, and I spend no more time here then I have too.

Because I could not stop for death

Social Media Questions

Should social media should be taken into account when enrolling in a college or trade school? Well that's a complicated question. On one side monitoring prospects social media could help keep bad people out of higher education but on the other hand higher education is caving to demands of PC people and it would only be a matter of time before it is used against people with the "wrong" thoughts.

When asked if I think kids are more worried about being a character then having character I say that is mostly true. Its a both a nature and a culture thing. Most kids here in South Haven care more about acting cool then being trustworthy. I would also like to say that they care more about acting cool then being cool.

Schools don't really prepare students for the future. The school system is used to create little brainwashed cubicle workers and it teaches useless things. How often will I use half the stuff I was taught. In my first school most of what I was taught was African history, I didn't even learn to read until I was eleven.

Loveliest of trees

The speaker views the tree in spring, because they are hung with bloom and is near easter.

The speaker has little time left in his life, so he wishes to spend more time with the tree.

The speaker values nature, and is very old 70 I think.

choice.

I am able to choose what games I play and what movies and shows I watch. So long as the government says its ok. I cant really decide where I go due to me not having a car. Once I graduate and get my car I will have a lot more freedom, with being able to decide where to go and what to do. I am already 18 but freedom of movement is what I need. In the city I wouldn't need a car due to the access to public transport. I can choose a lot in my life, which is great because a man chooses a slave obeys.
